The Abundance Magic Intensive (AMI) is a door.

The AMI includes 4 personalized sessions, weaving together movement, breath-work, coaching, and ritual to support your journey towards ease and abundance.
There are many doors—many portals—in this world for you to open and all the keys exist inside of you. I’m here to help you find them and access your happiness— your birthright.
During our four, 60 minute sessions, you’ll begin the discovery of new spaces inside of yourself. The parts that are hard to look at, and the parts that deserve more love and attention.
These sessions are safe spaces for you to open up and release while being fully seen and fully supported.
I am here to meet you where you are and help you to safely and confidently walk your aligned path.

Four personalized sessions that weave together movement, Breath work, coaching, and ritual to support your journey towards ease and abundance.
AMI is a living container designed around you. Each session centers your intention, and the needs of your body and mind. Jamila holds the space and serves the medicine you need.
THE 4 SESSION AMI CONTAINER
SESSION 1 | ARRIVAL
We begin by meeting you exactly where you are. Through breath, body, and honest conversation, we excavate what is ready to be released and establish the foundation for what you are calling in.
SESSION 2 | OPENING
We go deeper. Patterns are named, limiting beliefs are witnessed, and your body begins to remember what ease actually feels like.
SESSION 3 | ALCHEMY
What still feels heavy? What has become a little bit lighter? Where does your abundance live inside of you? In this session, we take stock of what has begun to change and we honor this alchemy. We then set our sights on what still needs to move.
SESSION 4 | INTEGRATION
The work finds its home in your body, your habits, and your daily life. You leave with a personalized practice and something anchored in you that continues to expand long after our last session.
HOW TO BEGIN
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a short intake form. I will then reach out personally to schedule your first session at a time that works for you. All sessions are held virtually and designed entirely around you.
